Very good location, central, food tastes good, staff friendly. Outside area very large. Gladly again!

Very nice atmosphere, food could have been more tasty, but otherwise very chic. Otherwise more than 2 meat dishes on the normal menu would be desirable.

Super nice service, especially fast and very attentive. We went to Alexandre for breakfast and would love to come back. The conversion was more than worth it, great concept.

Worst attention ever. They take 30 minutes to give us an English menu, they don't even care for ask us the drinks meanwhile make us wait. After bringing the menu we found out it was a mediocre thing, not good enough options and really bad service. Hire better people maybe.

Outstanding service and delicious food. Rarely has someone experienced such a competent and friendly person. Unfortunately I didn't ask for the name, but the gentleman with the Dutch accent deserves a promotion.

Nice cafe / bar directly on the Reutlingen market square. Large selection of cocktails. The food is also very tasty, the spaghetti was unfortunately only a little small. Staff was very nice, but seemed a bit overwhelmed with the number of guests and therefore took a relatively long time.

I liked the old Alexandre better and I also find the product range more appealing! I think it's a shame that, for example, the large bowl of milk coffee or the large Kremer coffee is no longer available! The prices are also way too high and the menu is no longer interesting for me!

Unfortunately, it's all about making money and handling guests. What is allowed here and how people are treated here is absurd. Be more than appearances. Think twice about where to leave your money.

Very, very nice atmosphere ..... even came to an event (Ferris wheel) and it was really busy ... and the staff handled customer traffic very cleverly ... so COVID was given almost no chance! Very very great! Otherwise, the places outside are "gigantic" just find it nice to enjoy the food out there .... Please continue!

Food was very tasty, but take a lot of time to be asked to order, drinks took at least another 20 minutes to arrive. Sits forever in front of his dishes, is not cleared ... Too few staff, for full terrace and indoor area, are only "jumping" and still very friendly.

We waited 10 minutes for the waitress and were very hungry. Since we like the burger there, we were really happy, but no one came. My boyfriend went to the front of the bar and said we'd like to order. The young gentleman said he would pass it on immediately. We both watched how he didn't let anyone know about it .. some waiters walked back and forth who didn't even have anything in hand. We tried to make eye contact and waved. However, still no one came. Those who don't keep an eye on their customers in this way don't deserve them .. what a shame, actually liked it there. Then went hungry, where we were at least noticed.

Great breakfast and brunch options. Unique and healthy versions. Well priced and good portions. Plenty of seating available.

Always been a fan of Alexandre. Was there for the first time since opening, just to have a coffee. I ordered a big coffee for the proud price of 4.00 €. When my coffee came I had to ask: Is that the big coffee now? Yes! Seriously, asking for € 4.00 for this small cup is impossible and is cheeky. A simple coffee in a normal, for me rather small, cup. I have never paid so much money for so little coffee in Reutlingen. Online map and outside seating and friendliness is good. Pricing for coffee is definitely overpriced. I'm someone who likes to drink coffee. Unfortunately not in the future ... Addendum: Thank you for the answer to my post. Since my rating of two stars related to an error that has now been corrected, I have also corrected my rating. The offer of a free coffee is also more than fair. I like it even better after the conversion. No 0815 menu, but special dishes to choose from. Very nice service and delicious food, nice relaxed atmosphere.

Very nice café in the heart of the city of Reutlingen. Modern furnishings with a wonderful lighting concept. Our wine tasted very good and the service is friendly. Enjoyed for Saturday evening but not crowded. The food is delicious.

Good service usually, and good food. But some waiters are aggressive. When I don't understand why I have to pay for something, I would like to have a basic explanation and not aggressiveness attitude. You should change this way to be with the customers ! Thank you for your understanding.

My son took me to this restaurant for Father's Day lunch. A nice ambiance with outdoor seating near the Reutlingen town center, it was complemented nicely by the excellent service. The waiter courteously spoke English with us, and suggested some nice snack and salad based options for us. The fruit tea (orange based) was refreshing. It was a perfect combination of health and taste! The options for cooked fish were limited, but being a vegetarian, I did not mind that at all :) Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended, especially if you are interested in healthy Greek or multi-cuisine food!

Love this Bistro. The food is great and the prices are incredibley good for a town centre. The plate is allways full to the brim with seasional foods, the staff is very friendly and efficient and we allways feel there right at home. Every two weeks the a la carte menu changes to accomodate the seasional fruits and vegetables. It's my to go restaurant every time I don't feel like cooking.

Local drinks, decent food, good price, sitting outside on a hot day and you will get smokers everywhere though
